Anti Spam Policy
Anti-spam legislation says that email information:
- must not be sent without the prior consent of the recipient. (That consent may be express or implied (“reasonably inferred”) from the conduct, business and other relationships of the person or organisation concerned;
- must contain a functional unsubscribe facility; and
- must accurately identify the sender of the message.
The Cottesloe Tennis Club believes that it has your consent to receive emails from the Club implied because we have always given you the option to unsubscribe from every newsletter (CTC e-Update) sent to you by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
Unless you want to unsubscribe from mailings from the Cottesloe Tennis Club we will continue to provide e-Updates on Club happenings and information. If you wish to unsubscribe from CTC e-Updates please follow the instructions included at the bottom of your CTC e-Update email.
