Advanced Care Planning & Support Workshop

All adult tennis and social members of CTC are invited to attend an “Advanced Care Planning & Support Workshop”. This informative, government-funded program is designed to help you maintain control of future health care decisions, and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions.
The Workshop is free to attend and will cover many subjects related to Advanced Care Planning.
Due to seating and morning tea we need to know numbers in advance and encourage you to RSVP early.
When: Thursday, August 22, 10:00am to 12:00pm
Where: CTC Clubhouse
