Hard Court Hire
- Members: No charge
- Non-members: $25/court/hour daytime, $30/hour after 6pm
- Members playing with guests: $10/hour/court for up to 3 guests (choose 'Add Player' when booking to add the name of one of your guests)
Our hard courts are numbered 1-10 and your booking will be specific to that court. Non-members must book and pay for their court. Members are encouraged to book to avoid disappointment and disagreements on the courts. The lights will not work without a booking and anyone with a booking will take precedence over anyone without a booking.
Click the 'Book a Court' button to book courts. Users will receive a 4-digit PIN to be entered on the digital keypad on the west side of the clubhouse to turn on the lights. Please enter your PIN even if the lights are already on to ensure the lights stay on during your booking.
It takes up to 30 minutes for your booking information to be transmitted to our club PIN pad. This means you should make your booking well in advance if you need to use the lights.

Grass Court hire
Unlike the hard courts, a grass court booking is not specific to a particular court. The open grass courts move around depending on the work being done on the courts.
Non-member grass court hire is limited due to the heavy use of the grass by members. When available, the cost is $25/hour/court and non-members may only hire the grass courts along the north side of the club (Bays 4 and 5). Click the Book a Court button to book a court and choose one of the 'Non-Member Grass' courts.
Members may book a grass court if they wish but are only required to do so when playing with visitors. Remember that booking a grass court does not guarantee you a court - they are available on a first-come, first served basis with or without a booking. If you wish to book, click the 'Book a Court' button and choose one of the 'Member Grass' courts.
The grass courts are not numbered - if the net is up and nobody is playing there, then that court may be used. You may put up a net that is on the court only if all the other grass courts are occupied. Our grass courts are regularly being rotated and rested, so a booking does not guarantee that a court will be available. To avoid disappointment, please come to the club and check court availability before booking. If you have paid and no court is available, request a refund from admin@cottesloetennis.com.au.
Hire Court Availability
- Grass courts are available to hire along the north side of the club only (Bays 4 and 5). Please check the court hire booking sheet for availability.
- If a net is down on a grass court, it is being rested and is not available
- Hard courts are not usually available Thursday nights during league competition seasons
- No courts are available on Sundays from 8am to noon during the summer junior league competition season

At all times players shall be neat and tidy in appearance and wear tennis shoes. Shoes with non-marking soles must be worn on the hard courts and pimple-soled shoes are not allowed on the grass courts as they damage the grass.
