Membership
Below are the membership subscriptions for the current tennis season.

*Full time tertiary students 19-25 years and over may be granted a reduction of the full membership subscription on written application and proof of student status to the Treasurer.
Temporary Members: a visitor to the State may be admitted as an Temporary Member for a period not exceeding four (4) months by making advance payment of one fifth of the relevant annual subscription for each 30 day period between the commencement and completion dates advised by the visitor. Such visitor dates are to be notified in advance on the visitor’s Membership Application Form.
Membership Guidelines
1. APPLICATIONS
Applications must be received by the 1st of the month to be considered at the Committee meeting normally held on the third Wednesday of each month.
Three main categories of membership are available:
- Full membership
Entitled to use of Club facilities at all times. - Mid Week membership
Entitled to use of Club facilities except on Saturdays and Sundays. - Junior membership
Entitled to use of Club facilities as determined by the Committee.
The prospective full member will need to attend organised social play as a visitor to obtain an initial grading. Application forms are available at the Club or download here (PDF format).
Prospective mid week and junior members should contact the Administrator, a Committee member or attend social play for that category of membership.
2. PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees are due and payable on 1st July of each year.
Unfinancial members are not eligible to play in Club tournaments or league matches.
Members unfinancial after October 31st of any year will be suspended from play until outstanding fees are paid.
3. LEAVE OF ABSENCE
Members travelling interstate or overseas for an extended period may be granted leave of absence upon the payment of a nominal fee. Application should be made prior to the beginning of the season.
4. RESIGNATIONS
Resignations should be submitted in writing prior to the beginning of the season.
5. PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP
Each financial member will be issued with a membership shoe tag. This is to be worn on member’s tennis shoes during play at the Club as proof of current membership.
